The contrast between the Received Text and the Critical Text is explored in order to give the student a foundation by which to evaluate resultant translations from these texts. 3 Credit Hours

BL 401, 402 GREEK SYNTAX - A study of the principles of syntax and an introduction to
methods of exegesis. Selected passages are read from the Received Text. 3 Credit Hours Each Semester
